Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok Solution-Focused Brief Counseling dalam Menurunkan Perilaku Bullying Verbal Siswa SMA

Perilaku bullying verbal di sekolah sering muncul dalam bentuk panggilan nama negatif, ejekan berulang, penghinaan di depan umum, ancaman verbal, dan komentar merendahkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok berbasis Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) dalam menurunkan perilaku bullying verbal siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental model one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel terdiri atas 8 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling berdasarkan skor pretest kategori sedang sampai tinggi dan kesediaan mengikuti seluruh sesi layanan. Instrumen berupa angket perilaku bullying verbal yang memuat lima indikator; dari 34 butir awal, 17 butir dinyatakan valid dengan koefisien reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha 0,780. Perlakuan diberikan melalui enam sesi konseling kelompok SFBC yang memanfaatkan miracle question, scaling question, exception question, dan complimenting. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, dilanjutkan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan skor total menurun dari 480 pada pretest menjadi 268 pada posttest, dengan nilai Z = -2,371 dan Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,018. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan SFBC berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penurunan perilaku bullying verbal siswa, meskipun generalisasi hasil perlu dilakukan hati-hati karena jumlah sampel kecil dan tidak adanya kelompok kontrol.
